NoonFox: Fox Character
The fox himself, not the icon. Ten directions drawn twice each, so the character has to survive a change of pose before it earns the brand.

- Round 4: the brand tiesTwenty-two mascots connecting the A1 fox back to the H8e app icon and to search itself. Three families: Q (the tail curled into a question mark, 8), S (the fox and his magnifying glass, 9), H (hybrids, 5). Hero four: Q4 the peeking question, Q8 asleep in the shape of the mark, H1 the icon made flesh, H3 the face-in-lens avatar. One prop admitted to the character grammar: the glass. 22 renders · ≈$1.90. - Round 3: A1 wins, and gets a familyAmit picked A1 icon-family (the safety-orange fox that matches the shipped app icons; the two-orange question resolves to one orange). Fourteen poses from one verbatim character spec: the commission brief's five-pose program, pre-coffee, a true side-peek and the draped lazy fox, plus every UI state, each shown doing its actual job in mock product moments. Transparent cutouts ship in the repo. 14 renders · ≈$1.20. Open →
- Round 2: the brief's fox, drawn ten waysThe counter-round: ten directions that stay inside the original commission brief. Editorial, adult, restrained, Fox Russet, diverging by construction (ink line, clear line, colour blocks, silhouette, geometry, continuous line) rather than by adjectives. All ten survive the 120px test where Round 1 lost three. The live stage now holds both rounds, so the cute fox and the brief's fox can be flipped on the identical onboarding screen. GM1 / ZB1 / DG1 / SL1 lead. 20 renders · ≈$1.70. Open →
- Round 1: ten directions, each drawn twiceTen character directions spanning emoji-familiar to editorial-restrained, each rendered as a settled portrait and as the peeking pose, because a mascot has to survive a change of pose. Includes a live stage that drops any of the ten into a real onboarding screen at true size, a 120px survival test that separates four leaders from the rest, and the unresolved Fox Russet vs Safety Orange question laid out side by side. States plainly that the round breaks the written brand docs, which forbid exactly this kind of cuteness. 20 renders · ≈$2. Open →
