Turning the 81 recorded Shmili stories into auto-generated video episodes, with Amit's original narration as the untouched soundtrack. Phase 0 locks the character bible in the canon crayon style; then two pilot builds of one episode (storybook motion vs hybrid animation) set the style and the budget. Newest version on top.
