HubSpot recipes + sample run · v4 · light

From the tree
to the actual HubSpot report.

Every leaf now carries the exact HubSpot recipe to build it — which object, which filters, which property to sum — right in its i panel. And the new Sample data toggle runs the whole framework on an illustrative 40-deal pipeline, coloring every node green / amber / red so you can see the analysis end to end before you point it at your own.

Honest comparison

Where each one wins, and where it goes blind.

None is wrong — they're built for different rooms. SAMH isn't a fifth opinion; it's the other four made mutually exclusive so you can run all of them from one tree.

The combined framework, made operational

SAMH as a HubSpot scorecard you can run Monday.

Every leaf becomes one saved HubSpot view. Green = target met. Red comes with an action — where the tree stops being a diagram and starts being a to-do list.

The one-line operating rule. Score each pillar red / amber / green from its leaves. A pillar is only as strong as its weakest leaf — and pipeline quality is only as strong as its weakest pillar. A 4× pipeline that fails Authenticity or Hygiene isn't a 4× pipeline; it's false confidence with a countdown on it.
