Article Diagrams

Two articles from 2022 carry hand-drawn marker diagrams with numbered callouts that the prose then walks element by element. It is the most distinctive visual thing in the whole corpus, and not one of the eleven modern articles has any image at all. How to generate them again, cheaply enough that it actually happens.

Decided, 2 September 2026: option 2, sketched strokes with typeset labels. It is now the house diagram treatment in the framework writing advisor, and it ships pre-rendered as static SVG so a promoted article never depends on a script running.
