Stay in the moment Ted Talk – Great talk about the power of staying in the moment and it’s effects on personal happiness (mind-wandering=unhappiness)
Happier: Learn the Secrets to Daily Joy and Lasting Fulfillment – Very thoughtful book which includes exercise for happiness, I found this to be one of the few books out there which are actually based on research.
The Scientific 7-Minute Workout – If you don’t have time for a full workout, even a 7 minute intense option can do wonders. The 7 minute workout app and 4 minute workout apps are great resources when you don’t have a lot of time.
